I have to say working with Kaz has been life changing. I don’t say this lightly or with hyperbole. When I was depressed and weighing around 230lbs he taught me to believe that I could achieve anything I set my mind to do. With hard work and his guidance I can say I have lost 60 lbs. A year ago I would have never thought I could go from a size XL to a size M, and I am well on my way to a six pack. I am more confident than ever because of this journey Kaz guides you through. I have been working out with Kaz for over a year and a half and I have never been in better shape or felt stronger! Not only is he an amazing trainer who is constantly raising the bar and forcing me to level up but he is just an incredible person and I am so grateful to have trained with him throughout the pandemic. I look forward to Tuesdays and Thursdays because not only do I know I am going to get my ass kicked and have fun doing it but I come out of every session feeling better than the last. I could not recommend Kaz more highly! He knows the science behind each workout and every session is so thoughtfully curated and planned out. There is always a reason for why we are doing a certain exercise that week and that is because he cares and wants us to get stronger and excel in working out. Kaz is the best!
