KAZ IS A NUTRITION EXPERT, PERSONAL TRAINER, YOGA TEACHER, MEDITATION TEACHER, AND LIFE COACH WHO WORKS WITH INDIVIDUALS SEEKING A LIFESTYLE CHANGE IN ORDER TO LOSE WEIGHT.

Kaz overcame his own struggles with obesity and body image in his early life by revamping his lifestyle and incorporating sustainable habits and a mindful approach to his relationship with food and exercise.

For the past 6 years Kaz has been helping individuals lose weight, create sustainable lifestyle practices, and learn the foundations of proper nutrition.

Kaz is an ex collegiate athlete and holds an undefeated record as an amateur mixed martial artist. He has a Master’s degree in teaching, and is certified by both the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Yoga Alliance.
